Rosso Piceno

The carachteristics of this wine are its typical deep ruby colour, vinous bouquet and dry harmonic taste. It is produced from only the best Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes, and mellowed in oak barrels. It is a wine which is at its best served at room temperature to accompany all kinds of roast meat and game.

Rosso Piceno Superiore

Well-structured, soft with evident tannin. Rich and persistent aroma. Very intense ruby colour with slight grainy tones. It is produced from the best Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes, and mellowed in oak barrels. To consume with salami-based appetizers; red and grilled meats.

Rosso Piceno Sup. “Vigna Monteprandone”

Opulent aromas with layers of black cherry, mulberry and prune, eastern spice and liquorice. Beautiful textured, combining generosity and sophistication, with an underlying vitality that is rivetting. Everything is accentuated by the generosity of the older vineyards of Sangiovese and Montepulciano situated on the sweet sunny hills of Monteprandone.

Rosso Piceno “Piediprato”

Montepulciano and Sangiovese are the components of the generous blend of this wine and of its powerful fruity flavour. Always ready for consumption with its fair grade of wildness. One thanks to its great alcoholic body and the tannic structure of this wine. It is excellent with roasts and red meat, it is to be served at room temperature and uncorked at least 30 minutes before consumption.

Rosso Piceno Sup. “Montetinello”

Tradition is the inspiring muse that has led us to isolate and process separetely the grapes from the Montetinello vineyard. The great concentration and consistency of this wine are due to the dominating percentage of Montepulciano, compared to Sangiovese, and to the favourable position of the 30-year-old vineyard only a few kilometres from the Adriatic coast.

Pregio del Conte

It is a noble red wine obtained by the wise mixture of indigenous grapes cultivated in the vineyards of Monteprandone. It has a deep ruby red colour, a neat, pleasant and stimulating scent with a long and persistant aftertaste.
It is perfect with all sorts of roast, grilled and boiled meat; it prefers, though, salami and seasoned cheeses. It is also very well accompanied with any type of game. It must be uncorked at least an hour before drinking.

Consenso Rosato

Vibrant Salmon-Pink Color. On the nose, intense, clean, fresh, ripe aromas of red berry fruits; strawberry, raspberry along with floral notes of dried roses. Dry on the palate with berry fruit; strawberries and raspberries that carry along the palate with vibrant acidity complemented by minerality, long length and clean finish.


This wine is producted from an ancient mixture of grapes from Trebbiano, Passerina and Pecorino. Its typical straw-yellow hue and delicate bouquet are due to the excellent position of the vineyards. Elegant and full-bodied, Falerio, it served at 10°C. makes an excellent accompaniment to Ascolani green olives, fish, soups, delicate sauces and white meats.

Falerio “Palazzi”

History reflects itself on wines and the Falerio “Palazzi” is a testimonial of the will to give prestige back to vines of medieval origins like Pecorino and Passerina with their distinctive and delicate character.
The growing awareness of Italian wine has led to a renewed importance to these resources by decreasing the part of Trebbiano in advantage of the two historical vines and introducing some others like Chardonnay. The Saladini Pilastri winer supports this piece of oenological history of region Marche presenting a highly flovoured and medium bodied wine that is ideal with fish.

Offida Pecorino

The Pecorino grape is native to the Ascoli region. It thrives best in the fresh environment of the mid-mountain slopes, which experience wide temperature variations. This early-ripening grape produces a wine of great structure and character. Intriguing minerality, with notes of citrus characterize this high quality, classic wine.
Like all great white wines, its flavors are best accompanying fine cheeses, classic fish and poultry dishes typical around the region of the Adriatic.

Offida Passerina

Grappa del Conte

This grappa is distilled by the Saladini Pilastri wine-producers from selected fragrant marcs using the artisan-like technique of the discontinuous still in a double boiler. The grappa has a delicate, penetrating, incomparable bouquet because the wines, from which the marcs come, are grown in the most suitable hilly areas.

Olio Extravergine di Oliva

Of the approximate 4000 olive plants that belong to the farm, the “cultivar” olive, specific to the Piceno region, produces the extra-virgin olive oil Saladini Pilastri. The prompt harvesting and rapid pressing process combined with the favourable soil conditions, produce oil with an harmonic and balanced flavour, with spicy and bitter hints.
The oil is green in colour, rich in polyphenols, low in acidity, exhibiting a subtle herbaceous flavour, and scent of green almond and artichoke. Perfect dressing for grilled beef fillet, this extra-virgin olive oil is superb on roasts and red meat dishes, pulses soups, “bruschetta” and enhances the flavour of raw and cooked vegetables.

Olio Extravergine Monocultivar

Known and appreciated by the ancient Romans, from earliest times, the “tender ascolana” olive, produces an oil rich in poliphenol, low in acidity, exhibiting a light harmonic and subtle blend of bitter and spicy flavours, green in colour verging on yellow.
Best used to dress and enhance the flavour of all seafood, meat or vegetable appetizers, excellent with stewed pulses and grilled white meat.
The “tender ascolana” production in this area is limited and restricted to a specific territory. The extra-virgin olive oil here produced, is unique and of a refined superior quality heightening the peculiarity of the Piceno region.

Pecorino Brut Spumante

The sparkling wine is produced in an autoclave “METHOD CHARMAT” low temperature for a fine and persistent. Straw-yellow color; Intense fragrant bouquet, balsamic, with floral and persistent. The liveliness and fragrance enhances the persistence in the mouth. Excellent as an aperitif or with fish dishes.
