Falerio DOC

The DOC of Falerio dei Colli Ascolani derives from Faleria, an ancient Roman town known today as Falerone.

The balanced blend of grapes Trebbiano, Passerina, Pecorino, Fiano and Chardonnay create a superbly elegant and rich wine with intense fruit and flower.
Excellent with green olives from Ascoli Piceno, fish dishes, delicate sauces and white meats.

Passerina IGT

History reflects itself on wine and the Passerina wine testify the will to restore prestige to vines of medieval origins, with their distintive and delicate character.

A flavored wine of natural freshness and exciting sapidity that divinely pairs with delicate and fragrant fish dishes such as seafood salad or spaghetti with clams. Excellent as an aperitif.

Falerio Pecorino DOC

The Falerio Pecorino has a good structure thanks to the characteristics of fullness and body of the native Pecorino vine, the great protagonist of this territory.

It’s perfect in pairing with traditional Adriatic dishes, such as soups, fried and grilled fish, and raw shellfish and crustaceous.

Rosso Piceno DOC

With a typical ruby red color and a characteristic intense and fruity bouquet, our Rosso Picenois a faithful representative of the denomination.

Perfect with cured meats and cheeses, legume soups and red meats, both roasted and grilled. Ideal with pizza.

Bonaria Offida Passerina DOCG

This wine comes from a careful selection of the best bunches of passerina harvested in our vineyards of Spinetoli and Monteprandone.

Saladini Pilastri proposes itself as a modern prosecutor of this Marche wine history with a very balanced wine with a juicy and energetic sip.

Comes Offida Pecorino DOCG

The Pecorino grape variety has historical origins in the slopes of the Piceno Apennines.
For this wine we select the best Pecorino grapes grown in our Spinetoli and Monteprandone vineyards.

The interaction of these two ecosystems gives a wine of great structure, enveloping and dynamic, with typical citrus and mineral traits.

Marche IGT Rosato Consenso

From a careful selection of early harvested Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, the Consenso rosé shows an intense and intriguing aroma with notes of strawberry, blackberry and floral scent of rose.

The sip surprises with a vibrant and mineral input that is then completed with pleasantness and good persistence.

Piediprato Rosso Piceno Superiore DOC

A red wine from a perfect combination of the best bounches of Montepulciano and Sangiovese harvested in the hillside vineyards of “Piediprato” district in Spinetoli.

A wine of great balance, with a fresh and round sip and a velvety tannic push.

Montetinello Rosso Piceno Superiore DOC

The Montetinello district is located in a sunny hill in the municipality of Monteprandone, a few km far from the sea. Here, from our vineyards of Montepulciano and Sangiovese surrounded by splendid olive trees, a harmonious wine of great finesse is born. A truly faithful picture of the typical Piceno terroir.

Rosso Piceno Superiore DOC Vigna Monteprandone

Vigna Monteprandone wine comes from an old vineyard planted in the 1950s and trained to overhead trellis system, facing south and located in the sunny hills of Monteprandone , a few kilometers far from the sea.

A wine of great aromatic complexity, rich and deep, as deep as its roots.
We recommend it paired with game dishes, rich roasts and braised meats.

Marche IGT Rosso Pregio del Conte

From a secret combination of organic grapes, that results from the refined taste of the Count.
The Pregio del Conte ages for 18 months in ancient and precious Slavonian oak barrels, capable of challenging time.

Delicious if paired with any type of game.

Spumante Brut Pecorino Metodo Charmat

This Spumante is obtained from organic Pecorino grapes. The second fermentation starts in steel tanks following “Charmat method” at low controlled temperature for 3 to 6 months.

Pale yellow color with golden reflections, it expresses itself with an intense and balsamic bouquet, with floral sensations of gorse and acacia. On the palate it is fragrant and mouth-filling, with
notes of peach, cedar and a pleasantly mineral finish. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish dishes, mostly raw or deep fried.

Olio extravergine di oliva Blend

From the olive-growing heritage of Saladini Pilastri, around 4000 olive trees are involved to create the extra-virgin olive oil. The timely harvest and the rapidity in the pressing combined with the vocation of the territory, give the oil a balanced taste, overall harmonious.

Green in color, rich in polyphenols and low in acidity, the olive oil has fruity and herbaceous fragrances, with hints of green almond and arti- choke.

Measurably bitter and spicy, it is suitable for seasoning grilled beef fillets and vegetables, excellent on roasts and red meats.

Extravirgin Olive Oil – Monocultivar Ascolana Tenera

Known and appreciated by the ancient Romans since the earliest times, the tenera Ascolana olive produces an oil rich in polyphenols, low in acidity, lightly fruity, bitter and spicy.
Green in color with yellowish reflections, it expresses itself with harmonious hints of tomato, artichoke and almond. Best used to dress and enhance the flavor of all seafood, meat or vegetable appetizers, excellent with stewed pulses and grilled white meat.
The tenera Ascolana production is limited and restricted to a specific territory. The extra-virgin olive oil here produced is unique and presents a refined superior quality reflecting the peculiarity of the Piceno region.

Grappa del Conte

This product is distilled from our own pomace using the traditional technique of the discontinuous bain-marie alembic still. It has a delicate, penetrating, unexpected bouquet which is the result of the high quality of the grapes from which the pomace comes grown in the most suitable hilly areas.

The peculiarity of this process gives this grappa the quality and elegance of the most important and precious distillates.
