This Spumante is obtained from organic farming grapes and produced in an autoclave “Charmat Method” at low temperature for a fine and persistent. Perlage Pale yellow color; intense bouquet, fragrant, aromatic, with floral hints of acacia and broom. Fresh, full, balanced with mineral acid structure. The liveliness and fragrance enhances the persistence in the mouth. Excellent as aperitif and with fish dishes.
