This grappa is distilled by the Saladini Pilastri wine-producers from selected fragrant marcs using the artisan-like technique of the discontinuous still in a double boiler. The grappa has a delicate, penetrating, incomparable bouquet because the wines, from which the marcs come, are grown in the most suitable hilly areas. The special processing gives this grappa the quality and elegance of the most important and precious distillates.
