History reflects itself on wines and the “Passerina” is testament to the will to return prestige to vines of medieval origins, with their distinctive and delicate character. The growing awareness of Italian wine has increased the recognition and importance of these resources. The “Saladini Pilastri” winery supports this piece of oenological history of the Marche region, by presenting a highly flavoured and medium bodied wine which is an ideal accompaniment to fish dishes.
