Montepulciano and Sangiovese are the components of the generous blend of this wine and of its powerful fruity flavour. Always ready for consumption with its fair grade of wildness. One thanks to its great alcoholic body and the tannic structure of this wine. It is excellent with roasts and red meat, it is to be served at room temperature and uncorked at least 30 minutes before consumption.
Tasting Notes: Vigna Piediprato exhibits a deep intense ruby-purple color with a sweet nose of licorice , black cherry, and berry fruit; distinctive with pepper and exotic spice notes. Full-bodied, silky texture with well-integrated tannins and lovely and elegant finish.
