It is a noble red wine obtained by the wise mixture of indigenous grapes cultivated in the vineyards of Monteprandone. It has a deep ruby red colour, a neat, pleasant and stimulating scent with a long and persistant aftertaste.
It is perfect with all sorts of roast, grilled and boiled meat; it prefers, though, salami and seasoned cheeses. It is also very well accompanied with any type of game. It must be uncorked at least an hour before drinking.
