Olio Prima spremitura

Of the approximate 4000 olive plants that belong to the farm, the "cultivar" olive, specific to the Piceno region, produces the extra-virgin olive oil Saladini Pilastri. The prompt harvesting and rapid pressing process combined with the favourable soil conditions, produce oil with an harmonic and balanced flavour, with spicy and bitter hints.

The oil is green in colour, rich in polyphenols, low in acidity, exhibiting a subtle herbaceous flavour, and scent of green almond and artichoke. Perfect dressing for grilled beef fillet, this extra-virgin olive oil is superb on roasts and red meat dishes, pulses soups, "bruschetta" and enhances the flavour of raw and cooked vegetables.
